ArchGrab is an automated data extraction and utility tool designed to help users efficiently search, aggregate, and download publicly available PDF documents and project details from third-party platforms, specifically GujRERA (Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority) and ArchDaily.
2. No Affiliation and Third-Party Intellectual Property
Not Affiliated: ArchGrab is an independent, third-party application. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with GujRERA, the Government of Gujarat, ArchDaily, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
Ownership of Data: All extracted data, documents, architectural plans, project details, and PDFs remain the sole intellectual property of their respective creators, publishers, and platforms (GujRERA and ArchDaily).
Fair Use: The App is intended solely as an automated browser/utility to assist users in retrieving publicly accessible information for personal, informational, or research purposes.
3. User Accounts and Security
We use Google Sign-In and Supabase Authentication to manage user accounts. Device identifiers are verified to enforce security policies and prevent abuse.
4. Credit System and Payments
Credits are consumed upon successfully initiating a project download task. If a download task fails due to a system issue, credits are automatically refunded.

ArchGrab ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture to create and manage your account.
Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely by payment providers (Razorpay/UPI). We do not store your financial details on our servers.
Downloaded Documents: Documents downloaded from GujRERA or ArchDaily are stored locally on your device (Downloads/ArchGrab/). We do not store the contents of your downloaded PDFs on our cloud servers.
Metadata & History: Basic download logs (e.g. project names, date downloaded) are saved to sync your account balance across devices.
2. Data Control & Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and data anytime directly from the Settings screen in the app.
